Easy 15-minute recipe
A healthy side dish that goes nicely with any entree, from a veggie burger to a tofu steak.
-Zucchini -Garlic -Rosemary -Vegetable oil -Salt -Ground black pepper
Rub the oil, garlic, rosemary and ground black pepper into 1/3rd-inch slabs of zucchini. Don't add salt at this time.
-Place zucchini without overlapping in a skillet over high heat. Cook 2-3 minutes. -Press down on the zucchini with a spatula to sear. Sprinkle salt.
-Once the underside is golden brown, flip and cook another 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle salt again. -Remove when golden-brown on both sides.
