Watermelon Lemonade Popsicles

Utterly refreshing watermelon lemonade popsicles with just three ingredients! These are the perfect summer treat and they take minutes to make.

Ingredients

  • 5 cups watermelon (measure after chopping into cubes. Use just the red part and no seeds)
  • cup lemon juice
  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 4 tablespoon sugar (use more or less depending on how sweet or tart you want your lemonade to be

Instructions

  • Make lemonade by mixing 2 tablespoon of the sugar with the water and 3 tablespoon of sugar.
  • Blend the watermelon cubes until smooth and there are no lumps. If your watermelon juice is not sweet enough, add the remaining tablespoon of sugar and blend.
  • Divide the lemonade between eight popsicle molds, filling them halfway. Freeze for two to three hours.
  • Now divide the watermelon juice among the popsicle molds, filling all the way to the top. Pop in the popsicle sticks.
  • Freeze for six to eight hours or until completely frozen.
