Ingredients

Instructions

  • Place 22 Oreos in the food processor with the melted butter or oil. Process or pulse until the cookies are broken down into very fine crumbs.
  • Press the Oreo crust into a pie pan and freeze for at least an hour.
  • Make the filling by placing the cream cheese, peanut butter, vanilla and maple syrup in a food processor. Once the ingredients are mixed, open the food processor tube and whip for another two minutes to make the filling fluffy.
  • Scrape the filling into the prepared pie crust, smooth the top, then crumble on the remaining Oreos. You can skip the Oreos and use another cookie or candy to make this your own.
  • Freeze another hour, then slice and serve
