Try this crispy, beautifully fork-tender air fryer cauliflower and it will instantly become your favorite side dish! It is simply seasoned with oregano and extra virgin olive oil and is ready in under 10 minutes.

  • Make the seasoning oil by mixing the oregano, fresh-ground black pepper, salt and extra virgin olive oil in a bowl.
  • Place cauliflower florets in a large bowl and drizzle with the seasoning oil. Toss the cauliflower florets with the seasoning oil until evenly coated.
  • Place the cauliflower florets in the air fryer in a single layer. Air fry at 385 degrees Fahrenheit/195 degrees Celsius for 8 minutes and flip the florets halfway through cooking. When done the cauliflower florets will be fork tender with crispy, golden-brown edges.
  • Serve rightaway!
