INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups whole wheat atta flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Vegetable oil or cooking spray
- Water

INSTRUCTIONS
Place flour and salt in a large bowl.

Trickle in water and knead until a smooth, supple dough forms.
Put the dough back in the bowl. Cover and set aside for at least 30 minutes.
