Vegan Watermelon Smoothie

  • 5 cups watermelon (cubes, red part only)
  • 1 cup nondairy vanilla milk (I prefer soymilk here but any other creamy nondairy milk is fine)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blitz until very, very smooth.
  • Serve plain or with a dollop of vegan vanilla ice cream.
