Vegan Indian Sweets
Indian sweets are usually milk-based but it's not at all difficult to make just as delicious vegan versions without the dairy. My favorite is a Vegan Gulab Jamun, although this delicious Vegan Kaju Katli runs a close second, followed by this Vegan Gajar ka Halwa or Carrot Halwa.
