Here, on a single page, I've gathered for you some of my favorite vegan bread recipes that I've shared with you over the years.

Most are easy and fool proof, but if you're a new bread maker, be sure to follow instructions carefully. Bread-making is as much science as it is art, so subbing ingredients can result in vastly different results.
I have divvied these up into sections, including everyday breads like sandwich breads and burger rolls, French and Italian breads like brioche and baguettes, both regular and gluten-free sourdough breads (with starter recipes for both kinds), Indian breads and flatbreads like naan, paratha and pav, and some fun bread recipes you can make with your family, like garlic pull-apart bread.

I made your sourdough starter three weeks ago. I made the first no knead sourdough bread two weeks ago - the dough was so sticky that i lost most of it on the parchment. It could not be shaped at all but was a flat runny mess. It did not rise very much overnight either. So i thought I'd try again. Exact same issue - the dough was so sticky and runny that i could not shape it at all after the overnight rise. It stuck to the parchment and was very dense/did not rise. Why is the initial no knead sourdough bread dough after the first rise so so sticky and runny? My starter looks exactly like your starter. I wanted to ask before giving up & trying a whole new different starter recipe.
Please comment on what i can do after the first rise if the dough doesn't rise and is so terribly sticky/runny.

It should be sticky but not runny. You may be hydrating your starter too much, or you prob are in a humid climate. You can try using less water next time. This really is a fool-proof recipe--it never fails for me, and I make it almost every week.

Are you’re recipes available as a cook book all in one place? I’m such a page turner.
Vaishali says

Vaishali says
Yes, I'll work on that!

Thank you so much for posting all of these receipes! I consider this a free bread cookbook -- maybe you should publish it as a print cook book or an e-cookbook...?
